Your life changed.
You don't have to lose yourself with it.

Private 12-week coaching for accomplished men at a crossroads — rebuild clarity, self-trust, and direction after rejection, loss, or a major life transition.

Apply for the B.I.G. Shift

You may still be performing.

You may still be producing.

People may still rely on you.

But privately, you know something has changed.

The role ended. The relationship shifted. The old definition of success stopped working. You're not incapable — you're at a crossroads. And the version of you that survived the last season may not be the one equipped to lead the next.

The B.I.G. Shift may be right when:

  • You are carrying a rejection or setback you have not fully processed
  • You are successful on the outside, uncertain on the inside
  • You do not trust your decisions the way you once did
  • You are tired of solving every problem alone
  • You want direct guidance — not judgment or empty motivation

Belief. Identity. Growth.

01

Belief

Change the meaning you have assigned to what happened.

02

Identity

Clarify who you are, what matters, and what this season requires.

03

Growth

Turn insight into standards, decisions, relationships, and action.

At the end of 12 weeks, you leave with:

A clear identity beyond your roles and circumstances
A written personal leadership code
A plan for the relationship that needs your attention most
A 12-month roadmap and a 90-day execution plan
Awareness of the patterns that show up under pressure
Duché Bradley

A man who has lived the shift.

Duché Bradley survived abandonment, incarceration, rejection, and reinvention — and rebuilt his identity from the ground up, more than once. The B.I.G. SHIFT™ is that rebuild turned into a structured, private, accountable process for men in transition.

Strength without hardness. Faith without performance. Accountability without humiliation.

This is for you if:

  • You have reached a crossroads
  • Your current approach is no longer working
  • You are willing to examine your role in the problem
  • You want direct feedback, not empty encouragement

This is not for someone:

  • Seeking emergency mental-health support or trauma treatment
  • Expecting someone else to make decisions for you
  • Looking only for motivation
  • Unwilling to accept feedback or show up consistently

The B.I.G. Shift begins with a comprehensive assessment. If either Duché or the client determines during the first seven days that coaching is not the appropriate form of support, the engagement may be ended and the unused portion refunded.

The next chapter does not begin
when everything feels resolved.

It begins when you decide that the previous chapter will no longer lead you. Apply for a private B.I.G. Shift Assessment.

Applications are reviewed personally. Qualified applicants are invited to a private assessment call.
