Two Generations. Two Perspectives. One Powerful Story of Restoration.
When TRYP was two years old, his father went to prison. He grew up knowing who Duché was — but the physical distance between them became an emotional one. Rebuilding that relationship took honesty, forgiveness, understanding, and intentional work.
Today they share that journey from the same stage — from incarceration and estrangement to reconciliation, respect, and renewed relationship. Truth, humor, hard conversations, and practical principles for rebuilding what once seemed beyond repair.

U.S. Navy Veteran · PMP · Leadership & Relationship Speaker
TRYP Bradley is the son of transformational speaker Duché Bradley, an eight-year U.S. Navy veteran, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and the holder of two master's degrees.
But behind the credentials is a story of a father and son who had to fight through distance, disappointment, and years of emotional separation to rebuild their relationship.
After high school, TRYP had no desire to attend college. His father gave him two choices:
“Navy or Coast Guard?”
TRYP calls it “the best decision I never made.” He chose the United States Navy — and that decision became a bridge to discipline, maturity, education, leadership, and a completely different future.
Today, TRYP travels alongside his father speaking to young people, families, leaders, and individuals navigating strained or broken relationships. He brings a unique perspective to conversations around fatherhood, family restoration, identity, discipline, leadership, and relational intelligence.
Not everyone in your life is there for the same reason. Understanding the difference changes the way you handle friendships, family, leadership, disappointment, loyalty, and betrayal.
The people who are committed to you.
The people who are committed to the same cause.
The people who are committed to what you can do for them.
Long before the stages, it was a father and a son, a sidewalk, and a basketball — two people relearning how to walk in the same direction.
Their story proves that broken relationships can become bridges to healing, purpose, and impact.
